You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use Mockall for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited uses include:

Mockall retains all intellectual property rights to the Service. You retain rights to content you create, provided it doesn't violate these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mockall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted after 30 days.

Mockall reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes via email.
